Personalized Products

All personalized and custom-made products are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started, except in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong personalization was produced due to our error.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled because every item is handmade specifically for you.

Production & Shipping

Each piece is handcrafted to order.

Production and shipping may take up to 45 days.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
